Any executed listing or contract documents must be on file with the brokerage as well as in the agent's personal files. Documents are to be submitted in Command with 48 hours of signing. Agents should keep all documents signed by their customers for five years, regardless of whether they were fully executed (e.g. purchase offers that were not accepted).

If a new contract is expected in the future, the same Opportunity will be used.
When a new contract is executed after a prior cancellation, update the Details in the Opportunity with the new information.
In the Under Contract folder, click "Add Version" from the dropdown arrow next to "Under Contract". Name the new version (e.g. "Contract 2"). A new checklist template will appear. You can toggle between the old and new versions.
Add the new contract documents to the appropriate placeholders.
If the Commissions tab was submitted with the previous contract, complete a Commission Change Form with the new contract information and email to Rebecca at klrw739@kw.com.
Congratulations! Add the final settlement statement, all checks and the Buyer's Final Walk-through Form to the Closed folder in the Opportunity. DO NOT Submit to MC. You may now cash your check! If the title company gave you the other check(s), bring them to the office by the next business day.
