Join the Greater Tampa REALTORS association and Stellar MLS (GTR).
Set up your Supra eKey access (GTR).
Get a headshot photo.
Attend KWSS Orientation (KWSS).
Complete Boot Camp (KWSS).
Schedule your Tech Set Up (KWSS).
Complete the 3 MLS classes - Basic, Compliance 101 and Adding & Editing Listings (Stellar University).
Register for and attend Greater Tampa REALTORS Orientation (GTR).
Complete the REALTOR Code of Ethics training at GTR or online at the National Association of REALTORS.
After you receive the start up email from Scott Le Roy Marketing (SLM).
Schedule your Tech Set Up with Buff.
Review the start up email from SLM to see all of your usernames and passwords.
Your KW email account is powered by Gmail. All office communication will be sent to this email address, so check daily or forward to an email account that you monitor frequently.
Log in to Command and familiarize yourself with all applets.
In Command, review your Marketing Profile and update as needed (Command -> Settings -> Connect Settings -> Marketing Profile).
Log in to KW Connect and familiarize yourself with the tabs.
In KW Connect, locate the Calendar. Adjust "Advanced Filter" -> Filter by Location -> select My Market Center only -> Apply Filter.
Log in to myKW and familiarize yourself with the tabs. This site is used mainly to view your reports in the KW system, signing up for Floor Duty and for sending announcements and blast emails to the other agents in the office.
Attend the KWSS Orientation and Boot Camp.
In-person training sessions and events will give you the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the presenter and other attendees. If you aren't able to attend one of these events live or if you just need a refresher, check out the virtual and video options.
Boot Camp is just the beginning! You'll want to attend additional training including Ignite to build your real estate and business knowledge and skills. There are many opportunities on our local training calendar in addition to regional and national events - virtual and live.
Create your profile on the REALTOR association websites.
Visit the websites to review all of the services and tools available to members.
Join Facebook pages and groups to connect with other agents and stay informed with office notifications.
Create a Facebook business page (if you use Facebook).
Create your professional real estate profiles on the home search websites (not consumer profiles).
Always ask your customers and friends for reviews and recommendations!
